ArchitektonHome / About
Built on twenty years of hands-on experience.
Architektonica was founded to give construction companies access to sophisticated design, project management, procurement and support services.
Our story
Closing the gaps that hold good builders back.
Luis Rene Sepulveda Larios founded the firm after seeing, over twenty years in construction and design, how often capable builders are held back by missing resources: no designer to produce complete plans and estimates, and no contacts or current knowledge to move permits quickly.
Architektonica is here to close those gaps in a way that saves both time and money, and to help professionals take their construction companies to the next level.
USGBC member. Designer and project manager with extensive experience on both the design and construction sides of the industry.
